Airbus reported record profits in 2021 after two years of deficits, with deliveries increasing as the business navigates pandemic disruptions in the tourism industry, according to corporate results released on Thursday.

According to Airbus, net profit increased by 8% to 4.2 billion euros ($4.8 billion), with aircraft deliveries increasing by 8% to 611 planes.
