The Army Command – Directorate of Orientation issued the following statement:

On 27/04/2021, army units deployed in the Bekaa and the North arrested six citizens and three Syrians, and seized 4 pick-up and van carrying about 11,000 liters of gasoline and 6,000 liters of diesel intended for smuggling into Syrian territories.

The seizures were handed over and the investigation began with the detainees under the supervision of the Competent Judiciary.
