The mayor of Baalbek and members of the municipal council held a meeting with the owners of electricity generators, where they discussed the mechanism for delivering fuel provided by Hezbollah, and determining the monthly subscription cost, with daily feeding hours.

The municipality issued a statement, confirming, “the agreement on 10h minimum of feeding per day, and a price has been set at 400,000 pounds per 5 ampere.”

It was also agreed that “Any breach of the agreement deprives generator owner of any amount of fuel at the reduced price, and any citizen has the right to transfer the subscription to another network after reviewing the municipality.”
