Attorney Ali Al-Ghoul submitted a notification to the discriminatory Public Prosecution in Beirut, against the Minister of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates in the caretaker government, Charbel Wehbe, for offending a brotherly country and inciting sectarian strife. And this is on the background of the statements said by Wehbe to “Al-Hurra” channel, in which he spoke about Gulf states and used expressions deemed offensive to them.
