Caretaker Minister of Information, Dr. Manal Abdel Samad Najd, on Wednesday addressed a letter to the Chairman of the Administration and Justice House committee, MP George Adwan, including the amendments introduced by the Information Ministry to the media draft law in its final version, in addition to the observations made during the Administration and Justice Committee discussions on June 1, 2021.

In her letter, Minister Abdel-Samad hoped that these amendments and observations will be taken into consideration before the law is passed in its final form, as they are in line with the developmental vision of the ministry and the modern laws adopted at the global level, restoring standing to freedom of the press and the role of the media in creating public opinion.
