Yesterday, the official and political community was preoccupied with the visit of the Iranian Minister, Amir Hossein Abdullahian, and his meetings with Lebanese officials and some parliamentary blocs, amid reports that Abdullahian did not bring any initiative, but rather the discussion was in the Saudi-Iranian agreement and its expected positive results for the countries of the region, including Lebanon.
According to sources, Tehran has interest in the Lebanese situation, and efforts are ongoing with the concerned countries to get it out of its crises, indicating a high possibility that the Lebanese situation will be the subject of Iranian-Saudi discussion later, during the meeting of the two countries’ foreign ministers.
