Abu Shakra: 6 ships unloaded fuel at night

The representative of fuel distributors, Fadi Abu Shakra, confirmed that “the ships have started unloading their cargoes of fuel at night, and the tankers will begin distributing gasoline and diesel fuel to the gas stations.”

He reassured that there were “six ships off the shores that began unloading fuels, successively.”

The fuel shortage crisis has worsened in Lebanon with the closure of many petrol stations due to the lack of this substance.

President of the Republic, Michel Aoun, called, on Monday, to take swift and strict measures in order to contribute to alleviating the severity of the crisis.

Some gas stations closed their doors due to the unavailability of gasoline, while other stations witnessed people queuing in their cars in front of them to get their needs from what was left of the stocks.
