President of the National Covid-19 Vaccination Committee Dr. Abdel Rahman Al-Bizri explained that the Ministry of Public Health’s plan to allow individuals over 40 years receive AstraZeneca vaccine in order to help accelerate the vaccination process in Lebanon, and to increase immunity in the community.

Al-Bizri called on citizens, in his statement, to register on the platform for the next phase of COVID-19 vaccination, because multiple vaccines batches will soon land in Lebanon.
