Following reports that some institutions were denying students candidacy petitions due to non-payment of fees, Amal Shaaban, the Director of the Ministry of Education’s Official Examinations Department, issued the following statement:

1- Every student will have the opportunity to take exams.
2- On Saturdays and Sundays, the Ministry of Education’s doors are open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week at UNESCO and in educational centers.
3- We provide an alternate candidacy application to the candidate who was refused by the school administration to submit an application for candidacy.
