“Amal” Movement confirmed in an statement issued this afternoon, that “it has nothing to do with what happened in the town of Maghdouche, and considers it totally unacceptable, and by no means related to the aspect of coexistence that the Movement has always adhered to and sacrificed to protect and preserve Maghdouche as an icon in the south.”

“The Movement is following up with the Lebanese army, security forces, and Maghdoush activists on the current developments and will not accept that the prevailing situation persists,” the “Amal” statement concluded.
