Amin Salam: Whoever announces bread crisis creates unnecessary confusion

Caretaker Economy Minister Amin Salam considered that “everyone who announces a bread crisis today, harms the public interest and creates a state of unnecessary confusion in the market, and not everyone who issues a statement is considered a reliable source.”

Salam added to MTV, “The stock is sufficient for more than 20 days, and whoever has a problem with his stock, then iwt will be a personal problem, and I am keen to secure wheat and a price that is merciful to the citizen, and we have sought to obtain financing from the World Bank.”

He continued, “There are 20,000 subsidized tons available, and mills and bakeries are using it. In addition, credits have been opened for 4 ships this week, meaning that we have more than 35,000 tons, and there is no need to panic.”
