Amnesty International published a video about what happened in front of caretaker Minister of Interior, Mohamed Fahmi’s house, to demand justice for the victims of the Beirut explosion and to hold those responsible accountable.

It commented by saying: “The demonstrators gathered yesterday in front of the Minister of Interior in the caretaker government’ house, to demand justice for the victims of Beirut explosion, and to hold those responsible accountable. The security forces met them with batons and tear gas. Authorities should immediately lift immunities granted to all officials.

“Obstruction of justice is unacceptable.”
