President of the Republic, Michel Aoun, received Prime Minister Najib Mikati, and discussed with him the results of the talks that Prime Minister Mikati held during his visit to Egypt.

Aoun also discussed with Mikati the negative impact of the Cabinet’s failure on government action, the performance of ministries and public administrations, and the interests of citizens, especially the conditions of public sector employees, and the two issues of increasing the daily transportation allowance and the monthly assistance provided for employees to meet the current living conditions.
