Araji: Parliamentary Health Committee approved regulating work of government hospitals

The head of the Parliamentary Health Committee, MP Assem Araji, announced that the committee agreed to amend the law regulating the work of government hospitals, pointing out that the new amendment give justice for government hospital workers and their inclusion in the Ministry of Health.

Araji wrote on his Twitter account:

“The Parliamentary Health Committee approved today a proposal to amend Law 544 that regulates the work of government hospitals, and the new amendment allowed justice for employees of government hospitals and included them in the owners of the Ministry of Public Health, due to the failure to receive their salaries on a regular basis, given the financial independence of these hospitals.”
