The Head of the Parliamentary Health Committee MP Assem Araji wrote on his Twitter page: “India has administrated so far one billion doses of Covid-19 vaccine, and this has contributed in containing the spread of the virus and reducing the number of infections deaths, despite the fact that this country has experienced a dramatic outbreak in the contagious delta variant. That’s why the vaccine is vital to curb the spread of the virus and its variants globally.”
