The head of the Parliamentary Health Committee, MP Assem Araji, confirmed that the number of infections with the Corona virus cases are rising and will not stop at this point, and there is a high possibility that they will rise in the upcoming coming weeks, especially after New Year’s due to the lack of commitment to preventive measures.
Araji expressed his concern earlier due to the significant increase in the number of infection cases in Lebanon.
He warned of the high numbers of “COVID-19” cases in Lebanon, pointing out that “the indicators and numbers of “COVID” are very worrying, and we have 900 beds for intensive care, more than 660 beds have been occupied to date, and the medical supplies are not available, and I pray that we do not reach a disaster after the holidays.”
