Lebanese Army Command – Orientation Directorate issued the following communiqué on Tuesday, indicating that “an Israeli enemy reconnaissance plane violated the Lebanese airspace on 2/8/2021 at 8.50 a.m., over the sea west of the town of Al-Damour, circled over the areas of Beirut and its suburbs, Baabda and Aley, and then left the airspace at 13.20 p.m., flying above the sea off the town of al-Damour.

The violation will be followed up on, in coordination with the UN Interim Forces in Lebanon.”
