The Army Command – Orientation Directorate – issued on Thursday the following statement:

“On September 29, 2021,  from 07.40 and 17.25 p.m., three enemy sea violations were recorded in the Lebanese territorial waters off Ras al-Naqoura, at a maximum distance of 259 meters.

The violations will be followed up on in coordination with the United Nations Interim Forces in Lebanon.”

The Army Command also issued the following statement:

“On 9/29/2021 at 7:40 am, a gunboat belonging to the Israeli enemy violated the Lebanese territorial waters off Ras al-Naqoura, for a distance of about 204 meters, for a period of 7 minutes.

The matter of the breach will be pursued in coordination with the United Nations Interim Force in Lebanon.”
