On the occasion of Lebanon’s Independence Day, Businessman Bahaa Rafik Hariri wrote on the “X” platform:
“Once again, Lebanon’s Independence Day arrives amidst its struggles, with its presidential seat vacant, its people suffering, and its borders violated. True Lebanese independence lies in implementing the Taif Accord and ensuring the functionality of state institutions, which alone have the right to safeguard the nation’s sovereignty and independence.”
