The Leader of the Free Patriotic Movement and Member of Parliament Gebran Bassil wrote today (Monday) on his twitter account: “It is very good to pass the law on the recovery of stolen funds, all that remain is the implementation. It is much more important to pass a law on disclosing accounts and assets of politicians and employees. Our bet is for the Parliament to fulfill the Lebanese people’s right to know who stole from them and who didn’t.”

He added: “Congratulations and I hope the same happens with the next law.”
