Beddawi camp appeals: Ambulances threatened to be stopped

Officials and activists in the Beddawi camp sent an “urgent appeal to all responsible for the Palestinian refugees in Lebanon to work quickly for securing diesel for the dispensaries operating in the camp, specifically for “care and recovery”, which will close their doors within  two days as a maximum, due to the lack of diesel

The appeal also indicated that “ambulances transporting patients are also threatened to stop, thus patients will die inside their homes, and others health status will deteriorate, and clinics will not be able to receive patients who need treatment, moreover some generators have stopped feeding process and meeting the peoples’ needs in these dire circumstances.”
