Monday, OIC member states that have agreements with the Zionist entity were urged to quickly revoke them by House Speaker Nabih Berri, who emphasized that it is the entire country’s responsibility to defend Gaza and Palestine.

At a conference for the House Speakers of the OIC member states, he said, “Defending Gaza and Palestine is not the responsibility of one particular Palestinian faction or the Palestinians alone; it is the responsibility of the entire nation.”

Berri further emphasized the right of the Palestinian people to resist using any and all means at their disposal in order to realize their aspirations of reclaiming their ancestral lands and creating an independent Palestinian state with al-Quds (Jerusalem) as its capital.
