House Speaker Nabih Berri on Tuesday called the new parliament to protect the rights of the depositors and to endorse all laws relevant to fighting corruption and waste and to the recovery of the stolen money.

Speaking upon his reelection for the House speakership, Berri said he “will meet the ‘white votes’ with a white heart to cooperate for saving Lebanon.”
