Major General Ashraf Rifi wrote on his Twitter page, saying: The Lebanese are facing a real catastrophe, the authority is busy with disrupting the elections and how to hand on its power to children, while the armed party is draining the rest of the country by obstruction.”

He added: “The economic collapse cannot be tolerated anymore, as Lebanon has never witnessed similar circumstances. So, beware as people’s wrath is coming.”

اللبنانيون يتعرضون لنكبةٍ حقيقية، وسلطة الوصاية مشغولة بالتوريث وبتعطيل الإنتخابات، والحزب المسلّح يستنزف ما تبقى من بلد في التعطيل.
الإنهيار تخطى القدرة على الإحتمال، لم يسبق للبنان أن شهد ظروفاً مماثلة.
