Minister of Foreign Affairs and Emigrants, Abdallah Bou Habib, chaired on Wednesday the first meeting of the Lebanese-British Partnership Council in the presence of UK Ambassador to Lebanon, Ian Collard.
The meeting was preceded by a one-on-one between Minister Bou Habib and Ambassador Collard.
At the beginning of the meeting, Bou Habib and the British ambassador stressed “their determination to develop the work of the Council and bolster bilateral relations.”
Then, the Joint Committee for Trade held a meeting headed by the Director General of the Ministry of Economy and Trade, Mohammad Abou Haidar. Subsequently, the Partnership Committee met, and discussed bilateral ties and means to develop them.
