The Caretaker Minister of Foreign Affairs, Abdullah Bou habib, met with the European Commissioner for Neighborhood and Enlargement, Olivér Várhelyi, whereby he said they agreed “on the necessity of sending a European technical team to Lebanon to provide assistance and advice on financial reform issues, support the Ministry of Finance, the education sector, health, and enhance assistance to the Lebanese army.”
