Abdallah Bou Habib, Minister of Foreign Affairs and Emigrants, received Mohamed Karin, Moroccan Ambassador to Lebanon, to his office on Monday for an acquaintance visit during which he congratulated him on his new ministerial appointment.
Minister Bou Habib also met with Rebecca Grindley, the Australian Ambassador to Lebanon, who paid him a congratulatory visit.
The two nations’ bilateral relations were reportedly discussed, as well as the current state of the Lebanese population in Australia.
Minister Bou Habib, on the other hand, was given copies of the credentials of three recently appointed ambassadors to Lebanon, which he will submit to President of the Republic General Michel Aoun subsequently.
The Dominican Republic, Iceland, and Rwanda are among the new diplomats.
