Minister of Industry Georges Bouchikian on Monday announced that the central bank has opened the required credit lines to import wheat, noting that the remaining stock is to last no longer than a month and a half.

Interviewed by Voice of Lebanon radio station, Bouchikian indicated that four ships carrying cargos of wheat are to arrive successively in Lebanon.
