On Saturday, the Presidency of the Council of Ministers announced “the new version of the draft decree to give a lump sum in the public sector equal to the basis of salary or wages, to be paid in two equal payments, provided that one payment is not less than 1,500,000 L.L, and not more than 3,000,000 LBP.”

Public institutions, government hospitals, municipalities, the Federation of Municipalities, and anyone receiving a salary, compensation, or allocation from public monies are all included.
