The Lebanese Central Bank issued on Thursday a statement in which it clarified the issue of lending based on Article 91 of the Code of Money and Credit, which had to prevent the government from a loan due to the exceptional and dangerous circumstances that Lebanon is experiencing after the state’s failure to pay its debts.
