Ogero employees’ suspension of work continues, while a number of services is now out of order, and it is likely that the number will increase daily in the event of the continuation of the strike.

To this, the Minister of Communications, Johnny Al-Qarm, and the caretaker Prime Minister, Najib Mikati, discussed the issue of seeking help from the army to restore regular work within Ogero centers, which angered the authority’s employees.

Employee sources confirmed the continuation of the strike due to the lack of securing the demands, but revealed that a series of meetings are being held in the corridors of the Ministry of Communications as well as the Ogero Authority, in order to end the strike, provided that the necessary action is taken.
