According to press information, former intelligence director, Brigadier General Camille Daher, and former army chief commander, Jean Kahwagi, will not appear before Judge Bitar, their attorneys will.

Brigadier General Dahers’ attorney confirmed that the session was postponed till August 23.

He pointed out that Brigadier General Daher presented Bitar with formal arguments, that he had fulfilled his duties and informed the army command of ammonium nitrate presence at the port.
