Council of Ministers Secretary-General, Judge Mahmoud Makkieh, on Tuesday issued a memorandum bearing No. 131/m noting the end of the summer’s Daylight Saving Time and the need to revert to standard time by setting clocks back by one hour on the midnight of 30-31/10/2021.
