In a statement, Caretaker Prime Minister Hassan Diab recalled the first massacre of Qana, affirming that: “A quarter of a century has passed since that black day that claimed 105 martyrs, including unarmed men, women and children.”
“Qana is the story of the wounds of a nation that innocent children of Lebanon carried on their small bodies, and a a shame on humanity against its involved perpetrators”, Diab affirmed.
“May the virtuous martyrs’ souls rest in peace”, Diab concluded.
