“Do not give up!” Archbishop Aoudeh tells Lebanese citizens

Archbishop Elias Aoudeh, Metropolitan of Beirut and its Dependencies, stressed on Sunday that “people should not be scared of intimidation and threats in order to salvage what remains of a country’s crumbs, so that they might be the remainder that remains to assure the nation’s resurrection from its agony.”

“They want to demolish the barns in order to disguise the truth on the excuse that it poses a threat to life,” Archbishop Aoudeh remarked at the Easter mass, “and the elections will determine the fate of Lebanon for the following years, so consider carefully before you cast your vote.”

“Free your nation from its captors and use your voices for responsibility and to achieve your rights, and the explosion alone does not kill, for shame kills as much as hunger and despair, so beware and surrender,” he continued.
