Minister of Education, Tarek Majzoub, announced on Friday that he is awaiting the results of the efforts with the Health Ministry, the World Bank, the World Health Organization, UNICEF, and the Lebanese Red Cross to secure the conditions for safe return to schools (especially after the confusion caused by AstraZeneca vaccine), and the determination of the clear position of health authorities on this subject.

Therefore, the return to blended learning in all public and private educational institutions has been postponed to a date to be determined later, and thus distance learning will continue.
