The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Emigrants announced that, with the aim of facilitating the completion of  documents required for the issuance of permits for delegates of candidates and lists in Lebanese missions abroad, the doors of the Certification Department were opened exceptionally and exclusively to certify transactions related to the electoral process abroad, that meet the legal requirements, on Tuesday and Wednesday, May 3 and 4, 2022, from From 9 in the morning until 12 in the afternoon, knowing that the Lebanese missions abroad will also provide a shift during the holidays to issue the required permits for the delegates.
