The Minister of Interior in the caretaker government, Mohamed Fahmy, confirmed that all shipments that will depart from Lebanon will be subject to careful inspection, and the Drug Enforcement Office is investigating 4 persons involved in the Captagon shipment.

“We are keen on respecting national security and the Saudi society, and we wish that the issue with Saudi Arabia will be resolved in order to resume exports”, Fahmi affirmed during a televised interview.
