The Federations and Unions of Lebanon’s Land Transport Sector declared the start of massive protests on Wednesday, January 26, 2022, to coincide with the government’s sessions until the deal is approved. And thus “in order to push the government to implement the agreement with the sector and in implementation of its decision.”

“A news conference will be conducted tomorrow, on Tuesday, January 25th, 2022, at 10:00 a.m., at the General Labor Union headquarters, to reveal the movement strategy and gathering spots,” the Union indicated.
