Caretaker Minister of Foreign Affairs and Emigrants, Dr. Abdullah Bou Habib, on Friday met with European Union Ambassador to Lebanon, Ralph Tarraf, with whom he discussed bilateral relations between the European Union and Lebanon, as well as the Syrian refugee affiars.
