The Free Patriotic Movement issued the following statement:

“In view of recent developments in the Beirut Port Explosion case, we urge the Judiciary to speed up necessary procedures to issue the long-awaited Judgment by the Lebanese, in order to prosecute and impose the harshest penalties on whoever is responsible for the explosion, regardless of his high position”.

Six long months and the investigation did not bring anything to the table. It is time for the judiciary to issue a judgment in order to support the suffering of the victims’ families.
