The Head of the “Lebanese Forces” Party, Samir Geagea, declared in a statement on Sunday, the solidarity of the “Lebanese Forces” with the Palestinian people in the face of endless harassment, continuous persecution, permanent oppression and repression of unarmed demonstrators, especially in Al-Aqsa Mosque.
“What is happening is unacceptable by all humanitarian and international standards, so it is not permissible for the Palestinian people to remain in endless suffering defending their right to freedom and a secure and stable life,” Geagea said.
“The emergency meeting of the Arab League Council, which convenes tomorrow, Monday, is required to take all necessary political steps from the Security Council’s call to convene, to the mobilization of all friendly countries, in order to relieve pressure on the Palestinian people and to ensure the restoration of their legitimate rights to establish a state that possesses all the basics of sovereignty, leading to an end to the rampage that began before the middle of the last century and is still continuing,” he underscored.
