Kataeb Leader Samy Gemayel met with European Union Ambassador Sandra De Waele during her visit.

They discussed regional developments’ impact on Lebanon and Lebanon’s relations with the EU.

Gemayel emphasized the Kataeb’s stance on protecting Lebanon from involvement in regional conflicts and called for adherence to international resolutions, especially UN Resolution 1701.

He stressed the need to revive institutions, elect a president, and restore the state’s authority for the security and well-being of its people. The meeting included other Kataeb Party members.
