Mount Lebanon Public Prosecutor, Judge Ghada Aoun, on Friday said via twitter: “For those who are asking why I’ve placed the seized devices from Mokataf company in my house, I suggest that they pay a visit to the warehouse of the Justice Palace in Baabda to witness the wonders of moisture, leakage of waste water, and insects. Unfortunately, I am not an FBI agent, and I have no equipped offices at my disposal. We work as judges under the bare minimum.”

In a related context, Caretaker Interior Minister Mohamed Fahmy said, in an interview yesterday, that Judge Ghada Aoun should not keep confiscated computers in her residence.

“I gave the ISF orders to protect the private property of the Mokataf company”, he said.
