Minister of Agriculture, Abbas Hajj Hassan, pursues his meetings in Istanbul and met with the Undersecretary of the Ministry of Climate Change, Agriculture and Environment, Sultan Al-Habsi.

Minister Hajj Hassan thanked “the UAE government and people for their support to Lebanon and for agreeing to allow the re-export of Lebanese apples and the export of fruits, including bananas and grapes, as well as citrus, vegetables, and Lebanese Mouneh products to the UAE markets.” He also carried a message of thanks to the Minister of Climate Change and Environment, Maryam bint Mohammed Saeed Al Muhairi.

During the meeting, talks dealt with the development of agricultural exchange between the two countries, and the preparations for the Lebanese agricultural week to be held in the month of February at Expo Dubai.
