“Development and Liberation” Parliamentary Bloc Member, MP Kassem Hashem, wrote on his twitter account this morning about the depositors’ money trapped in banks.

He said: “The month of July is about to end and depositors are still waiting for the execution of Circular 158 to return some crumbs of their deposits. How long will these promises and evasion practiced by the banking gang last, covered by the Banque du Liban circulars?”
