Caretaker Minister of Public Health Dr. Hamad Hassan said on his Twitter account that on Wednesday the ministry will start sending invitations for students born between 2005-2010 who have registered on the official platform to receive the Pfizer vaccine.

Hassan added that starting from tomorrow (Thursday) the Pfizer walk-in service for those who received a first jab of AstraZeneca vaccine will start for the citizens of the age group 45-49 years.

The Health Ministry will also continue sending invitations for the age group 23-29 years to receive their vaccines.

“Vigilance and vaccination is crucial,” he said.
