Member of the Parliament Fouad Makhzoumi wrote on his Twitter account: “Hezbollah and its institution are afraid of the free Lebanese people who reject them, as happened in Iraq.”

He added: “They will put their efforts to cancel elections and we will fight for that. They are afraid that the people will decide their fate, and of the expatriates who do not need them to secure their livelihood. Hezbollah is afraid of the people who are struggling. Our destiny is to be liberated by voting against them.”
