In light of the recent developments regarding Beirut Port Blast case, Sheikh Bahaa Hariri has showed support to the Lebanese citizens, declaring the following:

“ I share the Lebanese people’s rage. Corrupt politicians and officials must face justice because they are not entitled to interfere with or obstruct the judicial process..”

“All citizens are equal when it comes to implementing the Law,” Hariri said in a second tweet. “Fahmy’s recent decision to deny permission to question Major General Abbas Ibrahim proves the severity of Lebanon’s dilemma.”
