Ibrahim: Lebanon’s electricity need will be fulfilled within 10 days

The Director-General of Public Security, Major General Abbas Ibrahim, announced that “tomorrow, a contract will be signed with Iraq to import one million tons of diesel.”

“We did not find in Iraq anything but what we were expecting of goodness and intent to help. The procedures, that will be signed tomorrow, will fulfill Lebanon’s electricity need within a week to 10 days.”

Major General Ibrahim also thanked the Iraqi Prime Minister Mustafa Al-Kazemi for the effort he made, in order to help the Lebanese people in these difficult circumstances.
